Present Simple for Future: Use

To talk about TIMETABLES: departures and arrivals of trains, boats and planes - and the passengers; also schedules of other types:
My flight for France leaves at 10am next Saturday.
I leave at 10 on Saturday.
We arrive in Paris at 11.30.
The conference starts at 11.00 next Monday.

Sometimes the idea of a sentence is future, but you must use the present tense after CERTAIN WORDS
When she arrives, she'll tell us all the news.
As soon as they get here, we'll start the presentation.
You must keep trying until you win!
Don't start before I tell you.
If it works, I'll let you know.
