After certain verbs
She enjoys meeting people
I don't mind waiting.

After certain expressions
I can't help thinking there must be an easier way!
I have difficulty remembering peoples' names.
It's really worth seeing.
It's no good asking him.

I feel like going for a swim!

In noun compounds
A sleeping pill will help you rest.

You see the Infinitive sometimes with 'to' and sometimes without.
