Future Perfect Continuous: Use

To emphasise the continuity of the action described at the time stated in the future:
By the end of this year he'll have been living here for 30 years.

To adjust to a complete time period:
Instead of saying "He's been working for this company for 9 years, 11 and a half months.", you can say:
At the end of this month, he'll have been working here for 10 years.

You could also say: "he'll have lived here"

"he'll have been living" emphasises the continuity.

OK
